It's essential that we involve a broad range of people in every part of the change process and that we take our ideas out into the communities we serve, making sure that underrepresented and seldom heard voices are also part of the discussion.
We want to make sure that we get this right, which means hearing a range of views and seeing things from different perspectives.
That's why between July and October, we’ve been seeking the views of patients and public in a number of ways, which include a series of in-person and online public events, several focus groups, and our survey which attracted almost 3,000 responses.
We're now in a phase of looking at the insights received to see what can be learnt as we move towards developing a series of options for what our urgent and emergency care services could look like.
There are curretly no future events planned. We will update this page as details of new events become available.
