We are confident that our proposals have been built around all the available evidence. You can find everything in our consultation documents and in the pre-consultation business case (PCBC) and its associated appendices.

We understand, however, that there is a lot of information and that you may sometimes want help finding what you're looking for. We are committed to helping everyone take part which means making sure you have the information you need, the way you need it.

If you're looking for something that we haven't published before, but which is relevant to the consultation, it may take us a little longer to respond. For anything that's not related to the consultation we'll do our best to let you know where else you can go to get the help you need.

Our answers will be published on this page alongside your questions, so that they are available for everyone to see. You will also receive our answer to your questions by email.
